The ENMAN Groupwas born out of the vision for a homegrown set of complimentary enterprises, developing new business and bridging the gap for foreign investors by partnering and providing local support. Other active members of the ENMAN Groupinclude
GAMMA Components and Systems Limited(Product Marketing and Procurement) and ENMAN Technology Applications Limited(Call Centres, ICT). The group is currently in the process of reviving MAINMAN Services Limitedwho offer plant services and developing APAHwho offer wastewater management services.

Since its inception in 1993, ENMAN'sphilosophy has remained "commitment to excellence, integrity and innovation." The principals of ENMAN, Donald BaldeosinghSahadeo Partapand Aldwyn Lequay, all started their careers in engineering at heavy process plants. Donald and Sahadeo worked together at a large Petrochemical Complex, while Aldwyn, was a Power Station Engineer and Manager. The partners have served on boards of state owned companies as well as NGO's and professional bodies.

The excellent climate for investment in Trinidad and Tobago, and hence the unprecedented level of the local design and construction activity, has brought major international EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) Contractors to the country. ENMAN has successfully forged partnerships with several of these companies in an effort to maximize local input. The objective of this is to increase logistical and cost efficiencies while continuing to develop the engineering expertise.

ENMAN has earned a reputation for adding value to every project, every design, and every effort. This comes from a tradition forged through past performance and the efforts of our valued employees who have embraced the ideals for which the ENMAN name has become associated.

As an extension of the collaborative approach, ENMAN has engaged in major project developments. This has led to the establishment of a call centre in Grenada, and studies in
Hydropower and Aluminiumin Guyana, and Ethanol Production in Trinidad.

ENMAN has today evolved into one of the Caribbean region's leading engineering services firms by consistently providing creative solutions for our clients.
