Meet Our Team Members


ENMAN is different in many respects from conventional service companies. We now introduce you to some of the key members of our team:


Dr. Floyd M. Homer (1958), ENVIRONMENTAL PROGRAMMING


Floyd holds a Ph.D. in Forestry / Environmental Management. He completed a B.Sc. in Natural Sciences (University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad), National Laboratory Technician's Diploma and underwent training courses in Computer Applications and Project Management.

He lectured part-time at the John S. Donaldson Technical Institute while working with the Department of Soil Sciences at the University of the West Indies as its Chief Technician. He received regional posting with the Caribbean Natural Resources Institute based in St. Lucia and the Caribbean Conservation Association in Barbados where he was responsible for community-based resource management projects and the establishment of marine parks. He has served as Project Manager for several environmental projects locally.

Floyd holds membership in the Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management, Institute of Science Technology and the British Ecological Society among others.



Simon Bhagwandeen (1934), BUSINESS ASSOCIATE, WATER & WASTE MANAGEMENT


Simon graduated from the University of Manitoba with a B.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Biochemistry and Microbiology. He has participated in several short courses - technical, financial and administrative - including several on Water Treatment.

His work experience is wide ranging and includes plant design and engineering; specification and procurement of equipment, supplies, chemicals and catalysts; supervision of construction and performance testing; laboratory design, equipment selection and the training of personnel.

Simon has undertaken overseas assignments at the offices of major engineering contractors to review plant designs and to participate in engineering activities including catalyst and chemicals selection. He has served as the Technical Manager and Materials Manager of an Ammonia / Urea complex.



Christopher Alan Farrell (1936), POWER ENGINEER


Christopher holds a Diploma of Faraday House (U.K. 1962). His forte includes managing operations, writing strategic business plans, writing and managing the ensuing annual budgets, development of international funding for regional organisations and negotiating international supply contracts. He is additionally endowed with management experience in electric utility planning, analysis, design, specifications, contract documents and negotiations for both routine and major Transmission and Distribution (T&D) and Generation projects.

He has practical experience in system analysis, T&D design and power station design including a barrage of completed projects in T&D overhead lines, substations, underground cables and submarine cables.

Christopher's work experience includes Executive Manager of CARILEC, (Caribbean Association of Electric Utilities), Secretary to the Board of Utility Managers, Supplies Manager at Trinidad and Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC), Planning and Development Superintendent (Head of Planning Department) at T&TEC, Senior Engineer / Construction Superintendent at T&TEC and Senior Engineer (Planning) at T&TEC.



Nigel Hadaway (1964), OPERATIONS MANAGER


Nigel completed his B.Eng in Civil Engineering at Portsmouth Polytechnic and attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Systems from Thames Valley University. He is currently undertaking an MBA (Project Management) from Henley Management College.

Nigel has 11 years of management and technical experience in the construction industry and 6 years in Information Systems. His work experience includes Project Management for several large construction projects and development of Information Systems Strategies in the UK and Trinidad, as well as Analysis of Water Transmission and Distribution Systems for Tobago.

He is a member of the Project Management Institute, graduate member of the Institute of Civil Engineers (UK), member of the Board of Engineering of T&T, member of the IT Professional Society, member of Citizens for Conservation and Ex-Acting Chairman of a Computer User group (UK)



Marion Ruth Sampath (1968), EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT


Marion completed the Masters of Business Administration of the University of Warwick, UK, the Higher Diploma of The Institute of Data Processing Management as well as short courses in computer systems. She is a member of The Information Professional Society of Trinidad and Tobago.

She obtained significant experience in managing, supporting and operating all business critical software applications, network administration, designing and administering IT policies and procedures and user training.

Marion has served as Systems Officer in the local banking industry for twelve years.



Ansel Jardine (1943), PROCESS PLANT OPERATIONS


Ansel completed a wide range of supervisory and plant operations courses including Industrial Fire Fighting (Texas A & M University), First Aid, Safety, Environmental (PAHO) Water Treatment & Boiler Operations (Betz Laboratories), Hazard & Operational Leader (JBF Associates, USA), and Management of Change (University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad).
