ENMAN's Quality Assurance Plan is based on the ISO 9001 Standard that seeks to ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently and effectively to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Contractor.

ENMAN's management systems have been developed to control quality assurance, safety and environmental activities inclusive of project management services for design, procurement and construction management of plant for process, industrial, offshore and nuclear projects, including site activities.
A large Ammonia / Urea Complex in Trinidad was increasing its production through the addition of the largest plant in the world. Kellogg Pan American Corporation, the EPC Contractor, awarded Gransaull / Kentz J.V. the Electrical and Instrument Installation contract for ISBL and the Instrument Installation Contract for OSBL. ENMAN, a KPAC approved subcontractor was requested to perform QA / QC Services on this 1850 mtpd plant. Some of the works executed by ENMAN on this project were:
- Inspection on Installations: Cable Trays, Instrument Air Subheaders, Conduit (Power, Lighting & Instrument Cable Instrumentation), Instrument Air and Processing Tubing, Instruments
- Inspection of Terminations: Instrumentation Wire, H.V. & L.V. Cable
- Witnessed Test / Checks: Loopchecks, Tubing Pressure Testing Insulation Resistance Testing, Continuity Testing, Calibration and Function Testing.

In a results-oriented, time-critical environment we were able to complete and submit all necessary documentation to the satisfaction of our client. This ensured that our client achieved their mechanical completion deadline.
