	Project Description		The Ministry of Education of Trinidad and Tobago, in an effort to improve the quality of education in the country, contracted the National Maintenance, Training and Security Company Limited (MTS) to manage the construction of several new secondary schools throughout Trinidad and Tobago. Envirotec, a civil and structural construction company, subcontracted ENMAN to execute the electrical installation work for Biche Government Secondary School. ENMAN provided installation, testing and QA/QC services for the power, security, lighting, public announcement (PA), computer and telephone systems.
