Donald Baldeosingh

Donald completed the B.Sc. Electrical Engineering and M.Sc. Electronics & Instrumentation degrees at the University of the West Indies (St. Augustine, Trinidad), a Dutch Fellowship in Energy Management as well as several short courses in management, computer systems, advanced process control and maintenance.

He underwent the Engineer-in-Training programme at the Trinidad & Tobago Electricity Commission and took up engineering and management positions in the local industry. He implemented major projects involving computer systems, power distribution and industrial process control. He designed, configured and installed Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for two ammonia plants (retrofit, hot cutover) and a Hydrogen Recovery Unit (grassroots plant) including construction, loop checks and start up of the latter. His areas of activity include project management, energy management and instrumentation & control systems design / implementation.

Donald has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited and four (4) associated companies.



Sahadeo Partap, DIRECTOR

Sahadeo Partap

Sahadeo graduated with a Technician's Diploma from the RCA Institute in New York. He worked as a Teacher before joining Fedchem Ltd. (now Hydro Agri Ltd.) and then Fertrin (now Arcadian Trinidad Ltd.).

He has extensive experience in plant construction, pre-commissioning, start-up and maintenance of Hydrogen, Ammonia, Ammonium Sulphate, Urea and Utilities Plants. He has undergone intensive training in Electrical, Instrumentation and Control Systems together with Supervision and Manufacturer-specific courses.

Sahadeo has ten years experience at the supervisory level. He has been extensively involved in turn-around planning and co-ordination, technician training, scheduling and field supervision. He installed and cut-over Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Compressor Antisurge Controls.



Aldwyn L. Lequay, DIRECTOR

Aldwyn Lequay

Aldwyn received his professional accreditation from the London University (B.Sc. Eng.), College of Technology Bournemouth, College of Technology Leicester and School of Non-Destructive Testing. He received special training at Central Electricity Generating Board and Brush Engineering in the UK.

His work experience covers Power Station Construction and Maintenance, Risk Assessment, Inspections and Non-Destructive Testing. He has designed and conducted many Specialised Training Courses including Occupational Health and Safety, Operation / Maintenance of Boilers, Switchgear, Compressors and Diesel Generators from Craft to Engineering Level.

Aldwyn has served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Trinidad & Tobago Electricity Commission (T&TEC), Power Station Superintendent-in-Charge of Operations in its entirety and Project Manager for Power Stations Construction.

He holds several professional affiliations including Founder Member, Past President and Fellow of the APETT, CEng, FIMechE, FIEE, MASME (Caribbean Correspondent). He is a member of the National Committee on Non-Destructive Testing.
